1-on-1 Mentorship
A relationship-based approach to deepen your meditation practice.
We start where you are
Whether you’ve never meditated before, feel stuck after years of practice, or are ready to go somewhere deeper, I’m here to meet you where you are in your journey.
This is a space for you to show up as you are and be guided through a meditation practice that fits your life as it is today. Each session is unique and adapted in real-time to meet your needs.
Together, we will:
- Build a trusted container of consistency, accountability, and care
- Explore different meditation techniques, forms, and practices
- Work through the questions and doubts you have about meditation
- Discover what your practice has to show you about your life right now
- Find a meditation practice that weaves into your everyday life
My approach to mentorship
I’ve always connected with gardening as a metaphor for meditation. It doesn’t make sense to show up with a bucket of water if the forecast shows rain all week. Like plants, we need different things throughout the seasons. Sometimes more support. Sometimes pruning. Sometimes practicing gratitude and joy for the fruits. Sometimes holding space for grief or sadness.
Overworking the soil strips it of its vital nutrients. Neglecting the soil leaves the door open for weeds take over. A meditation practice is cultivated and cared for over time. It takes awareness, clarity, and discernment to know what your garden is calling for.
As a mentor, I see myself as a trusted companion on your path. You can think of me as a guide, a confidant, a sounding board. Over time, you’ll learn what works for you, what doesn’t, and how to make your practice stick.
My Core Offering
Through the rest of 2026 I’m offering a one-month mentorship container. Spots are limited to three people per month and are available online or in-person (if you’re based in Montreal).
We’ll meet for four one-hour sessions throughout the month (once per week) and you’ll have open access to message me at any time with questions, insights, or otherwise.
If the idea of mentorship resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Send me an email and tell me a little about where you are with meditation and what’s drawing you toward mentorship right now. From there, we’ll schedule a short 15-minute call to see if it’s a good fit.
